Dr. Anthony Vocaturo is nationally renowned speaker, published author, and a proud Accredited Member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry (AAACD). As a member of the American Society for Dental Aesthetics (ASDA) and a Fellow of both the International Academy of Dental-Facial Esthetics (IADFE) and the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD), Dr. Vocaturo is a distinguished leader in the field of cosmetic dentistry. He also serves as a faculty member for the prestigious Nash Institute for Dental Learning.
With his career spanning decades, Dr. Vocaturo has earned national and international recognition for his innovative approach to cosmetic dentistry, including being honored as one of the “Top 100 Doctors of 2025” by The Doctors World Gala.

Juan Olivier
Juan Oliver is a Certified Dental Technician and Master Ceramist and proud member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. He is also a master ceramist graduate from the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies, a Pac-Live master technician and a Fellow of The Academy of Comprehensive Esthetics. He also completed the Occusion Connections under the direction of Dr. Clayton Chan. He received the prestigious award from Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry for Outstanding Contribution to the Art and Science of Cosmetic Dentistry. Juan is also a proud member of the elite BioEmulation Group. After studying with some of the best doctors and master technicians in dentistry, Juan has become known for his extraordinary dental technology skills. He is the founder of Precision Dental Products. He has also developed and patented several dental products including the OneBite and OneBite Evolution Systems.
Dr. David Christensen
Dr. David K. Christensen received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Siena College and a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Medicine and Dentistry in New Jersey.
He completed his General Practice Residency (GPR) at Hackensack University Medical Center and has worked in a private practice since 1998.
In 2017, Dr. Christensen began incorporating 3D printing dental prosthetics and prototypes into his practice. Today, he is eager to share his knowledge of 3D printing to streamline dental workflows through design and prototyping before and during patient treatment.
As part of the course, Dr. Christensen will demonstrate how to design and print provisional restorations to streamline the smile design process using Exocad software. Participants will also learn techniques of how digital models need to be captured for the data to align properly for the construction of the provisionals and permanent restorations.
Dr. Ross Nash
Dr. Nash of The Nash Institute is an iconic authority in cosmetic and esthetic dentistry and has helped pioneer many of the materials and modalities commonly used today. His numerous lectures to dental professionals around the world have solidified his reputation as an entertaining educator. His thriving dental practice in Charlotte, North Carolina provides Dr. Nash with excellent “real-world” information and everyday stories to share with his students.
Debra Engelhardt-Nash
Nash Institute Co-founder and Practice Management Expert,Debra Engelhardt-Nash is a practice management consultant and seminar leader. Throughout her career, Debra has worked in hundreds of dental offices evaluating team and practice development, day-to-day operations and offering creative solutions for communications effectiveness and increased productivity. Debra writes and lectures internationally on practice management and team building. She has been an instructor for the Central Piedmont Community College Dental Assisting Program in Charlotte, NC and has also taught for Oregon Health Sciences University, Continuing Dental Education Department.
Additionally, she has repeatedly presented programs and workshops for the American Dental Association. Debra is a founding member and has served two terms as President of the National Academy of Dental Management Consultants, where she received their first Charles Kidd Meritorious Service Award. She also serves on the Board of the American Dental Assistants Association Foundation.
